Your Session

Maji provides all towels, robes, and sandals for your session. Bring swimwear for the pools and hydrogen bath. If you intend to train before your session, bring a change of clothing. Lockers are provided for valuables. We recommend leaving jewellery at home as prolonged pool and sauna exposure can affect certain metals and stones.

Allow 2.5–3.5 hours for the complete Maji thermal circuit: 20 minutes in a sauna tradition, one to two cold plunge cycles, optional hot pool and Jacuzzi time (20–30 minutes), and a full 30–40 minute hydrogen bath or inhalation session. Those adding a Maji Kitchen meal should allow an additional 45–60 minutes.

Walk-ins are welcome for solo visits to the pools, saunas, and Maji Kitchen. However, we strongly recommend advance reservation for the Russian Banya with Steammaster ritual, private hydrogen bath sessions, and group bookings of three or more guests. Peak hours — late afternoon and early evening from 16:00 to 20:00 — fill quickly.

Guests with uncontrolled high blood pressure, acute cardiovascular conditions, recent surgical procedures, pregnancy beyond 12 weeks, or acute inflammatory skin conditions should consult their physician before undertaking the full thermal circuit. Our team is trained to assist in modifying the protocol for guests with specific health conditions — please note this in your reservation request or speak with us on arrival.

Maji is designed as an adult wellness oasis. Guests must be 16 years or older to access the thermal circuit, sauna rooms, and cold plunge facilities. The Maji Kitchen restaurant is open to all ages. Guests aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a consenting adult for all thermal treatments.
